of 19 Medical Disorders.. mostly Stress Related from 11 Years of Chronic
Work Stress to 2 years of extreme flight or fight Stress in the last two Years
of that leading up to Hell and Destruction of most all my Bodily Systems as
Adrenal Glands basically got stuck in the on position always that erased my
Emotions too that ‘normally’ motivate us to Live as Stress Hormones should
normally and animally be reserved for just short stints of actual fight or flight
in response to Real Emergencies for Life or Death while folks routinely Destroy
all that is good in Life by Reacting to illusory fears they generate as people both
live in misery and suffering and enjoy the company of the same pain for they lose
the Essence of LoViNG LiFE
as is as reAlly smART
Animals
NaturAlly
Survive in Peace
and Harmony and
actually thrive away
from the real fights and
flights in life now real in
actual flesh and blood ways
of moving to burn those Stress
Chemicals off after the inherent
fight or flight is over with for Joy now..

after going with 35 Days of almost sleepless nights
with the aid of an Alpha Blocker for just one hour of Card
Board Sleep Each of those nights as Dyautonomia was making
it where my Heart Rate and Blood Pressure no longer were synching
with the help of my Autonomic Nervous system which meant the Blood
wasn’t getting to my head and every time my heart rate would go down i
would go into alert mode and wake up and also enduring what Science assesses
as a worst pain known to Humankind as Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia like Dentist
Drill in right eye and right ear with No Novocaine if you can imagine what it would be like
to experience what Science indicates is actually worse that the torture of Crucifixion all
Natural as an illness now from wake to sleep for a full 66 Months as i survived that Suicide
Disease then barely along with the rest of 19 Medical Disorders too.. anyway.. 10 years ago today
for the ‘rest’ of that 40 Day Lenten Spring Experience of Insomnia then the last 5 of 40 days starting
10 years ago today.. the Alpha Blocker no longer even worked for just even a minute then of sleep each
night or day too.. Dante’s Rings of Hell don’t do it justice for i went to place of piece of paper existence then
where there is no feels or senses at all separated from Nature and God same for then one comes to find out
just what it means

as PArt time after 3 Degrees of University Fun.. for it’s True.. no matter how weird then
or strange i talked and walked to the ‘Bosses’ and yes X-Jocks in that Military Department
then.. i had one Computer Class in Computers in College so i became a top notch commodity
for 3 Dollars and 69 Cents of Pay for Part time work as those Hands-on Folks were Desperate
for a little ‘Sheldon Cooper’ then.. hehe.. anyway if it wasn’t for Computers i might have lived
in my Mother’s Home much longer than the 28 Years or so it took me to get out even with that
Close to Minimum Wage Job.. but still i had Bright Smiles and Shining eyes to Give and
Share Love i was as rich as rich as rich as i am now Changing that Organically now
in words to share with not only a little Military Bowling Center with 12 Lanes
Housing No more than around 150 Sets of Human eyes at a stint
for after losing my Smile for 66 Months and all those

i got married i got a raise to Supervisor then Appropriated Funds came thanks to Bill Clinton
and his Executive Orders to Raise the Moral of the Military And my pay just through becoming
An Appropriated Funds Civil Service Employee still handing out Rental Shoes then almost Doubling
up to 23K Dollars of Pay A Year at that point with Night Shift Differential and Sunday 25 Percent
Premium Pay on Saturday and Sunday as i did the Scheduling and made sure i always
worked ’till 12:30 AM Sunday TO GET PAID that Differential on Saturday then too..
for i was bound yes bound and determined to make that American Dream
Happen so me and the Katrina ate Pork and Beans
And 10 Cent Chicken Leg Quarters to
cut up out of Big Frozen Packages
to eat for 3 Months
then and saved
the Money
for a down payment
for the House we still live
in for she Got a Job at the Local
Newspaper in ’90 then when we lived
in the Subsidized Housing then as my Mother
Had Moved away for a Social Worker Job in
Alabama and Her House was open for us
to Save Money in advance for a House
then and eventually we moved out
of that House and Paid
for an Apartment
then and
Built our New home
the same one that i paid
off in 2016 we live in now and
will likely continue to live in for the
rest of our lives when i paid our car off too
and finally there were no bills left at all and yes
As amazing as it might sound.. i saved Hundreds
of Thousands of Dollars in Retirement Funds though
that Last Decade or so of Work that easily lasts us now
the rest of our life Along with an Early Reduced Retirement
and other Retirement early precipitated from Falling ill from Work
but it’s true i could still live on leg quarters and baked beans for i have

me about a Dream as her Grandmother
who passed away wanted to Hang

the Very Name of
that Road
i Picked out that
Katrina had never mentioned
before.. yes to Hang Christmas Ornaments
on a Tree where i was going to Hang myself..
I had lost all feelings of Faith and Love and even
a Memory if i had ever Felt a Smile or a Laugh before
as Memories are Emotions and Memories are Emotions
and there is no reference point back when Emotions are lost
but what i did not lose is my ability to Reason and statistically
i knew the only way Katrina could of had that Dream is if God was
Warning
me in
Her
Dream
that i better
go on to live
for God had other
Plans for me.. i listened
my Friend and after that Morning
i never entertained the thought of putting
an end to my life with what Science shows
is actually the Worst Pain known to Humankind
even worse than the Torture of Crucifixion for it’s

the Morning that
God Spoke through

but never the less i didn’t take that chain
out of the Bicycle Basket until over 3 years

Last Month and Burned her Hand on a Pan of BBQ Chicken
that had already been cooked and Today while i was Writing to
you earlier this Morning on my LapTop Computer Katrina came
out with the News from the Doctor
that she will need a Skin
Graft for the Top of
Her Hand as
the Tendon
is now
Showing so
we will be Traveling
to the Burn Center Hospital
Tomorrow in Mobile as they
are the Specialist Burn Hospital
For Burns in our Regional Area and
Hopefully they will be able to Do the Surgery
here locally as i was Marking my 10th Year Anniversary
for what i do name a 4th New Testament in Personal Way
For Love as yes it was 10 Years ago today where i went
to the Hospital Facing what i was sure of was Death but
on the Emergency Room Table i woke up again to Love
as they finally found something that would put me to
Sleep Living then with 19 Medical Disorders many
that would not be diagnosed until 2 years later

before.. hAha.. and it’s also the 10th
Anniversary of my own 40
Days of Hell in the Spring
of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her
Last Several Years of Life dying Naturally with visits from her Children of Love.
